Draden Refund & Return Policy

At Draden, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our streetwear. If you're not fully satisfied with your order, we're here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

​

  • You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • To be eligible, your return must be shipped back within 10 days from the date of delivery.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased on sale or during special promotions.

  • Customized or limited-edition items.

  • Items showing signs of wear or damage not due to our error.

Refunds

​

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • If the refund hasn’t appeared after 10 days, check with your bank or contact your payment provider.

Exchanges

​

  • Need a different size or item? We offer free size exchanges (one-time only) for domestic orders.

  • Email us at support@dradenwear.com with your order number and exchange request.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at support@dradenwear.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Mention your order number and reason for return/exchange.

  3. We'll share the return shipping details and next steps.

Note: Draden reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
