At Draden, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our streetwear. If you're not fully satisfied with your order, we're here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

To be eligible, your return must be shipped back within 10 days from the date of delivery.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

Items purchased on sale or during special promotions.

Customized or limited-edition items.

Items showing signs of wear or damage not due to our error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If the refund hasn’t appeared after 10 days, check with your bank or contact your payment provider.

Need a different size or item? We offer free size exchanges (one-time only) for domestic orders.
