At Draden, we are committed to delivering your streetwear apparel to you in a timely and reliable manner. We currently ship across India and aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2–4 business days from the date of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or message with tracking details. Our delivery partners typically take 3–7 business days to deliver orders depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, courier delays, or high demand periods.

Shipping is either free or charged at a flat rate, which will be clearly mentioned at checkout before you make your payment. We strive to be transparent, and there are no hidden shipping fees. All deliveries are handled through trusted third-party courier partners to ensure your products arrive safely.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of checkout. We are not liable for any delays or mis deliveries caused due to incorrect addresses. In rare cases where your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery so we can initiate an investigation or issue a resolution.
